"A new and greatful Winter Texan"
What a pleasurable experience today, to put my car in the hands of Tony Herrera, who couldn't do enough for me, especially after the last dealer in the valley. One trip to the (other) dealership and three phone calls and still not even one person looked at my car. Mr.Herrera and the mechanic named Nicho knew (repairing my vehicle) was very important to me, because we are going back to Michigan in less than two weeks. This car became very important to them also. I can't tell you how relieved I was when I left knowing that they did their best to get me in and out in the quickest manner possible. My faith in General Motors has been renewed thanks to those two gentlemen! When anyone says anything about buying or servicing of General Motors vehicles here at the condo, I will definitely send them to Gillman, since I am now a good customer of theirs! I will keep an eye open for oil leaks, noise and oil levels but rest assured I probably won't be able to find a problem. Please thank these two gentlemen again for me, Gillman is very lucky to have these guys on their team.
