The Payment Protection Program is provided by cynoSure Financial, Inc.
Purchase
or lease any eligible new 2008, 2009 or 2010 GM vehicle from a
participating GM dealer in the United States from April 1, 2009 through
April 30, 2009. Only Saab vehicles, medium duty and heavy duty trucks
are excluded.
You have to be employed for at least 30 hours
per week for 90 days after you buy or lease the vehicle and for 12
consecutive weeks prior to your first day of unemployment.
Then,
if you lose your job due to economic conditions during the next 21
months you are eligible for benefits. If you lose your job for other
reasons, you may not be covered.
You are not eligible if you are an active GM employee, a seasonal worker, are self-employed, retired or receiving a severance.
