Staff was extremely helpful

My car was delivered with no owners manual or floor mats. Could not get sales manager to return my call or sales person to return email. I spent $117k on a car and there was no support after the sale.

We had our truck towed to Gillman in Harlingen. Bob in service department was very polite and helpful.He went above and beyond to check for recall and extended warranty for our vehicle. He kept us updated via text and calls. Very great customer service and they had our vehicle out within a few days.

Great experience

My husband and I had just started looking for a second car. We are aware of how the car purchasing goes. Larry Lozano our sales person was not your typical sales person. There was no pressure. We did not buy on that first visit. We went looking some more. Then my husband said let's go back to Gillmans and see Larry. We picked a Chevy Trail Blazer. I told Larry how I wanted the deal to go and he made it happen. No hassle no haggle.

Prices went up on oil changes so that’s hard on us. New manager barges in when your speaking with the associate .. Not too happy this visit around ..
