Would like a notification in advance the time it would take for the type of work I am doing. Since I live in McAllen, I was not prepared to stay at the dealership for 5 hours +. In addition did not get a courtesy vehicle to take me to the nearest shopping center.

This is the second visit I’ve had here and 10/10 experience. They were two unrelated issues but after the first service was taken care of so quick and easy I had to come back. & again, amazing service! The service department is great!!

Good service

This is the 3rd vehicle I have bought there in the past 2 years. Main reason is for the direct and honest communication with the sales team and Ariben Cisneros GM. Only reason I keep going back is because of Ariben. Very few dealerships have that type of rapport with their clients. I have dealt with other dealerships and there is always hidden communication or misleading trickery, not here. So keep up the amazing work you do for the local consumer. It is greatly appreciated.
